Employer Group Qualifications

To qualify for the Idaho AGC Health Plan, your group must:

  • Be domiciled in the State of Idaho
  • Have two or more qualified employees
    • 30+ hours per week, not living in the same household
  • Have 75% participation of benefit-eligible employees
  • Contribute the minimum employer contribution of 50% of the employee portion
  • Commercial construction-related business 
  • Must be a member of the Idaho AGC to join the health plan
    • Membership is not necessary to receive a quote
