Plan Choices That Fit Your Group
Core Benefits
These plans include comprehensive medical and prescription drug coverage through Blue Cross of Idaho, life insurance coverage of $25,000 per employee, $5,000 for spouse and $5,000 for each dependent child (spouses or dependent children do not need to be enrolled in medical to be eligible for the group life coverage), employee AD&D, and $125/week short-term disability coverage. An Employee Assistance Program is available as a value added benefit through Symetra, with no additional cost to the member group.
Dental/Vision Bundle
These plans include all the “Core Benefits” plus core or buy-up dental benefits through Delta Dental of Idaho, and vision benefits through Vision Service Plan (VSP).
