Choose Between Basic and Deluxe Medical Plans

Basic Plans

These plans include comprehensive medical and prescription drug coverage through Blue Cross of Idaho, life insurance coverage of $25,000 per employee, $5,000 for spouse and $5,000 for dependent(s), AD&D, and $125/week short-term disability coverage.  An Employee Assistance Program is available as a value added benefit through Symetra.

Deluxe Plans

These plans include all the “Basic Plan” service plus dental benefits through Delta Dental of Idaho and vision benefits through Vision Service Plan (VSP).
