Life Benefits

All enrolled employees receive $25,000 in life benefits; spouses and children each receive $5,000 regardless of enrollment. Voluntary life benefits are also available.

Short-Term Disability

Short-Term Disability insurance provides financial protection for lost wages in the event the insured incurs a short-term disability. $125 per week up to 13 weeks is available. Participants may purchase additional voluntary insurance.

Accident Coverage

Employees can purchase accident coverage for unexpected injuries that occur outside the workplace.

ACA Reporting and Tax Forms

We prepare small employer tax forms, send to the employee and file with the IRS on behalf of small business employers with 50 or fewer employees. Large employers with 50+ employees receive an enrollment data file.
