Idaho AGC Health Plan members find our health plans significantly enhance their benefit package, which helps them retain their most valuable asset - their people.

Products Offered

 

Medical Plans

Wide variety of deductibles, HSA qualified, and limited network plans.  Multiple plans can be selected for groups with over 11 enrolled employees.

Prescription Options

A comprehensive prescription drug plan is included with every medical plan, except the HDHP (HSA-qualified) plans. No separate deductible, and affordable cost shares for generic, preferred, and non-preferred medications.

Life Benefits

All enrolled employees receive $25,000 in life benefits; spouses and children each receive $5,000 regardless of enrollment. Voluntary life benefits are also available.

Short-Term Disability

Short-Term Disability insurance provides financial protection for lost wages in the event the insured incurs a short-term disability. $275 per week* up to 13 weeks is available. Participants may purchase additional voluntary insurance.

Dental

Offering dental insurance is one of the top benefits that companies use to attract and retain employees. Dental plans offset the costs of dental expenses for employees. Two dental plan offerings for core benefits and a richer "buy-up" dental plan with higher benefit amounts and orthodontics.

Vision

Offset the cost of eye exams, glasses, contact lenses and more from one of the largest networks of providers.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

A benefit that connects you with counseling professionals, web-based tools and resources to help you sort out work, personal, relationship, legal and financial issues.

Accident Coverage

Employees can purchase accident coverage for unexpected injuries that occur outside the workplace.

Critical Illness Coverage

Employees can purchase coverage that can help pay for costs not covered by a traditional health plan.

Seamless administration of COBRA for employers with more than 20 employees. No need for employees to understand the complex federal regulations.

One monthly invoice and payment for medical, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability.

ACA Reporting and Tax Forms

We prepare small employer tax forms, send them to the employee and file with the IRS on behalf of small business employers with 50 or fewer employees. Large employers with 50+ employees receive an enrollment data file.
